The draft Right to Information Bill, draft Information Privacy Bill and draft Right to Information Regulation are now available for public comment and feedback. For more information, please refer to the Right to Information page on the Queensland Government website.

Fees and charges

Current FOI fees and charges are:

• Application fee $38.00
• Charges $5.80 per 15 minutes
